I just wanted to take the time to send an email wishing you a Merry Christmas.
Things have been very busy this term and I wanted to thank you for finding me a permanent teaching placement. Things are going well and I have been promoted to Assistant Principal.
It's been a strange year and not all times have been good so as it comes to a close I wanted to say Thank You for showing some faith in me when I really needed it. I hope you have a fantastic Christmas and New Year.

I have been working in the same school for 13 Years so was really unsure how to apply for teaching jobs. Recruit Mint Education staff were helpful and friendly, talked me through the process and put my fears and worries to rest. As a Teacher Supply Agency, Recruit Mint Education are efficient, friendly and easy to work with. Their response time at finding teachers at short notice is brilliant. They have a bank of hard working and conscientious teachers.
I would recommend using Recruit Mint for long and short term supply teachers.

Helen and the staff at Recruit Mint Education have been fantastic to work with. As recruiters they maintain high standards and have found me work instantly. Work assignments are also regular and they also give me prior notice in advance so that I know where I'm being placed. Recruit Mint Education have recognised my strengths and always place me well. The pay is also excellent and paid weekly which is great. I couldn't recommend Recruit Mint Education more highly.

Helen has been effective in communicating with myself for all of the cover needs required by our School. Always helpful, friendly and courteous, Helen ensures that she sources suitable supply teachers either on a daily basis or for more of a long-term need.
As the person responsible for cover and supply teachers, it’s imperative that I can work alongside someone who familiarises themselves first-hand with the needs of the school, as well as the requirements of the children and families that we work with on a daily basis.
Helen has ensured that she has come into school in the past, and collected as much information as possible about our cohorts of children. She always considers this information when placing new teachers in classes and plays to the strengths of her own team, whilst aiming to meet the cover needs of the school. Helen has also considered the holistic needs of the school and has always tried to work alongside us to better the lives of our children.
Helen is very receptive to feedback and has always considered the information we share with her in terms of cover teachers and their individual placements. She has approached me in the past asking what further training her team of cover teachers could potentially access, to ensure that they are upskilled and ready to face any challenge they could face in different schools.
I feel very satisfied with the professional working relationship that I have built with Helen and look forward to working further with her in the future.
